We are seeking a technically skilled and passionate Senior Data Analyst (f/m/x) to join our dynamic Business Engineering Team within AUTO1 Group. Your new Role
- Lead and own our refurbishment domain: collaborate closely with our Refurbishment, Product, and Business Engineering teams to drive impactful, data-driven decisions in our refurbishment operations
- Empower top management with insights: design and deliver reports and analyses to help senior leaders identify focus areas, track performance, and guide strategic direction
- Build tools and dashboards for operational excellence: develop and maintain dashboards and user-friendly tools to enable operational teams across various countries to monitor efficiency, manage issues, and support process improvements.
- Provide Ad Hoc analytical support: work on in-depth analyses to back decision-making regarding new feature development, product configurations, and negotiations with external partners.
- Structure and Enhance Data Models: Help design and improve our data architecture to ensure consistency, scalability, and company-wide usability of critical data assets.
- Collaborate with HQ and local stakeholders: partner with both central and local teams across Europe to co-create robust, centralized analytics and data solutions that address operational needs across diverse markets
- Act as a product partner: Support the team’s product role by testing and validating new product features and functions, ensuring data-driven improvements and optimum functionality for stakeholders
Your Skills
- Solid experience in data analysis: you bring at least two years of hands-on experience working with complex data sets to generate actionable insights
- Academic background: You hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Business, or a related field with a strong quantitative foundation
- Passion for data and analytical excellence: you have a keen affinity for numbers, combining meticulous attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Technical proficiency: you possess advanced knowledge of SQL and Excel for data manipulation and analysis. Understanding DBT is a plus.
- Bonus skills: experience with Python, GitHub, dbt, and leading data visualization tools such as Looker or Tableau is highly valued
- Proactive mindset: you take initiative and approach challenges with a solution-focused, hands-on attitude
- Language skills: you are fluent in English and comfortable collaborating in an international environment
