Your new Role
Complex team management, including:
- Planning, organizing and controlling the work of the subordinate team
- Providing ongoing feedback, motivating, training and substantive team support
- Responsibility for the team's result and its ongoing control, reporting and taking possible corrective actions
- Responsibility for the daily work of the team in order to achieve individual and team sales goals
- Onboarding of new employees
- Ensure accurate daily, weekly and monthly reports on team performance and action plans
Your Skills
- Experience in a position related to the management of a telephone sales team
- Knowledge of the automotive industry, with particular emphasis on the used car market, would be an advantage
- Fluency in the Czech language is mandatory
- Knowledge of English (welcome to business English) at the minimum level B2
- Strong concentration on achieving goals and supporting others
- Highly developed interpersonal skills, including the ability to build clear communication with subordinates and superiors
- Extensive theoretical and practical knowledge in the field of sales and negotiation techniques
- Highly developed analytical skills
- Resistance to stress and the ability to work under time pressure
- Ability to manage your own time and subordinate team
- The ability to adapt to changing conditions, flexibility in action and thinking
- Good knowledge of the MS Office package, including Excel
