Your new Role
We are looking for an Operations Manager for our Retail department in NL. As an Operations Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the local teams with different daily, weekly and monthly tasks.
Your Skills
- Detail oriented and structured.
- Familiar with google sheets.
- Full time availability from Monday to Friday.
- Flexibility to shift priority in tasks.
- Being a hybrid team member.
- Fluent English, both written and spoken.
Main duties:
- You'll be the link between different Retail teams like service, claims, handover coordination, finance, delivery and sales.
- Request internal registration documents to share with customers and chase them to get a signed copy back.
- Complete documentation to speed up the delivery process.
- Prepare invoicing checks for team Claims.
- Reach out to customers who have a claim, with templates to manage timeline expectations.
- Finance checks.
- You will only be in contact with local customers via email.
- Daily team meeting via video call.

Our Offer
The place of work will be at the headquarters of AUTO1 Albania,Tirana and the shifts provide a total of 40 hours per week, from Monday to Friday.
