Your new Role

As a Sales Team Support Staff member, you will be the first point of contact for customers
reaching out to us. You will play a key role in ensuring a positive customer experience and
supporting the sales team by:
● Answering incoming phone calls professionally and courteously.
● Handling customer inquiries and requests efficiently or directing them to the appropriate
colleague.
● Providing basic information about our services.
● Maintaining customer records and logging relevant information in our CRM system.

Your Skills

We are looking for a colleague who:

● Dutch Speaking
● English as second language is preferred, but no obligation
● Has excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
● Is customer-oriented with a positive, proactive attitude.
● Is stress-resistant and able to multitask in a dynamic environment.
● Has experience in customer service or a similar role (preferred).
● Is familiar with CRM systems or willing to learn.
● Is a team player but can also work independently.
